Steps:

   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet

        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      
$ M5 x/ S  s1 k8 O  E2 N   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day) x9 e! [$ Q0 H; x  @8 T; `4 G
   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week& F" h+ Z" F4 Q
   4.  Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...* U) n" A% z8 j5 o
