Steps:

   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet
             
* U* T6 q, d0 ~0 Y8 }        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      
% \( q  l; `$ Z9 H  M: s( ?6 i   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day
. e: Q; r' q' z% i   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week- O; y; L) O& j* ]
   4.  Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...
