The steps of Manager your BOWEL MOVEMENT(BM):* m9 n. N% F! E5 L5 c

1. Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet * S0 l# u! y/ m. W( R0 T$ R
2. Drink well including plenty of fluids U, ~4 l9 `, [4 Z$ S6 K
3. Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week
/ M" C# E( e- m! R, E9 C" e0 Q 4. Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...; Z/ @ L( { V b# M7 }
5. Use toilet regularly such as in the morning after a plenty of drink and after meals - BM training

If the steps do not work for you, and you do not have BMs for three to four days depending on individuals difference, you need to go see doctor without delay. |
